We want you to love your DivoomStore product. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return undamaged items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery to your shipping address.

Return Eligibility
Item must be undamaged and include all original accessories

Product must be returned in its original packaging

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (for non-quality issues)

Refund applies to the product price only

DivoomStore reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund.

Warranty Policy – Quality-Related Issues
All DivoomStore products purchased through this website come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage
Covers and Covers manufacturer defects and quality-related issues

We will replace your item with a factory-refurbished model or a new item, depending on availability

Replacement Warranty Terms
Replacement product carries the same warranty timeframe as the original, or 90 days from replacement (whichever is longer)

Warranty is void once a full refund is issued

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To process your warranty request, you’ll need to provide:

Order number or valid proof of purchase

Photos or video of the issue

Product serial number (if applicable)

Description of troubleshooting steps taken

Returns for inspection may be required in some cases.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:

Lost or stolen products

Products past the 12-month warranty period

Non-quality issues after 30 days from purchase

Free promotional items

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs

Shipping Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in these scenarios:

Items found to be in working condition by DivoomStore

Unauthorized or international returns

If a prepaid return label is issued by DivoomStore, we take responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.
If no return label is provided, the buyer assumes full responsibility for return shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
